Exchanges and Returns
EXCHANGES
While we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase the first time, at www.olavidaswimwear.com you can exchange our merchandise for the same item in a different size or color. We will accept exchanges only if we are contacted within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. The swimsuit(s) must not have been worn, washed, or used and all tags and liners must be in their original placement and condition. If merchandise is found to be in less than perfect condition it will not be accepted and be returned at the customer's expense.
Please email OLAVIDA.INFO@GMAIL.COM to request an Exchange Authorization Number and Exchange Form before sending your return. Please print and complete the Exchange Form and enclose it with your exchange and original invoice. Any item sent back to Ola Vida without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at customer's expense. Once we have received and processed your exchange and determined that all garments are in their original perfect condition we will send an email confirmation including an invoice for any additional shipping charges. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. All additional shipping charges associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend that you obtain tracking information on your exchange shipment. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges.
RETURNS
We will accept returns only if we are contacted within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. The swimsuit(s) must not have been worn, washed, or used and all tags and liners must be in their original placement and condition. If merchandise is found to be in less than perfect condition it will not be accepted and be returned at the customer's expense. All returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee on each item.
Please email OLAVIDA.INFO@GMAIL.COM to request an Return Authorization Number and Return Form before sending your return. Please print and complete the Return Form and enclose it with your return and original invoice. Any item sent back to Ola Vida without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at customer's expense. Once we have received and processed your return and determined that all garments are in their original perfect condition we will send an email confirmation. Please allow 7-10 business days from the day of your email confirmation for your refund to appear in your account. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all of these additional fees. If the customer refuses to pay the duty and/or taxes at customs and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges (outgoing and incoming) which will be deducted from the refund.
All International orders are final and no returns or exchanges are permitted.
SHIPPING
Most orders require 1-2 business days to process. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Your order begins processing immediately after you click COMPLETE MY PURCHASE. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order within 24 hours. A $15 fee per item may be applied for order cancellations after 24 hours of purchase. Once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
To attempt to cancel your order during processing:
1. Send us an e-mail to OLAVIDA.INFO@GMAIL.COM with subject [ORDER CANCELLATION]
2. Include order number.
3. List the item(s) that you wish to cancel.
Sending a cancel request does not guarantee the order will be canceled. If the order is too far along in the shipping process it cannot be canceled. If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you can e-mail us to request an Exchange Authorization Number if you wish to exchange for a different style or size.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Handwash your Ola VIda swimsuit in cold water after each use. Hang to dry in shade. Never put in a washing machine or dryer. Avoid tanning lotions and oils.
