These "Terms of Use" set forth the terms and conditions that apply to your use of www.olavidaswimwear.com (the "Web Site"). By using the Web Site (other than to read this page for the first time), you agree to comply with all of the Terms of Use set forth herein. The right to use the Web Site is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person or entity.
Your Account
When and if you use the Site, it shall be your sole responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your e-mail address, password and any other account identifiers related to any personal account you created on the Site (the "My Account"), and for restricting access to your computer(s). You also agree to accept sole responsibility for any and all activity that occurs under your Account.
Pricing
Prices displayed on olavidaswimwear.com are quoted in U.S. currency and are valid and effective only in the United States. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Order Cancellation
Your order begins processing immediately after you click COMPLETE MY PURCHASE. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order within 24 hours. A $15 fee per item may be applied for order cancellations after 24 hours of purchase. Once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
To attempt to cancel your order during processing:
1. Send us an e-mail to OLAVIDA.INFO@GMAIL.COM with subject [ORDER CANCELLATION]
2. Include order number.
3. List the item(s) that you wish to cancel.
Sending a cancel request does not guarantee the order will be canceled. If the order is too far along in the shipping process it cannot be canceled. If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you can e-mail us to request an Exchange Authorization Number if you wish to exchange for a different style or size.
Information Accuracy
Ola Vida Swimwear will use reasonable efforts to include accurate and current information on the Site, but there may be occasions when information on the Site contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, availability and other matters. Ola Vida Swimwear makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy of such information and will not be bound thereby. Ola Vida Swimwear reserves the right to correct any errors and to update Site information at any time (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
